Clubhouse Information & Rental


Clubhouse Rental - Overview

  • The clubhouse can only be reserved by members of Chancellor's Ridge HOA.
    • Homeowners only, renters of homes can not reserve the clubhouse.
  • Homeowner must be current on any dues, assessments, or fines.
  • The reserving homeowner must be present at the event.
  • No commercial use is allowed.
  • The clubhouse may not be sub-leased to a third party.
  • Events must take place inside the clubhouse.
    • Rental does NOT include use of the pool or playground.
  • Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of the rental fee and security deposit.
  • The Board of Directors has the authority to deny a rental for any reasonable cause.
  • Fees are $175 - Rental fee + $200 - Security deposit.
  • A Check In time must be arranged with the committee prior to your rental.
    • Failure to do this (1) week prior to your event may result in cancellation.

  • Contact our Community Manager to make your tentative reservation.
    (Emailing him your date request is best.)

  • Download and Read the Clubhouse Rental Agreement
    • Print, Read, and Sign the Clubhouse Reservation Form.
    • Send the agreement and your reservation fees to CAS.
    • Upon receipt by CAS, your reservation will be confirmed by email.
    • CAS will email you contact information for gaining access from the clubhouse committee, and arranging your Check In with them.
Obtaining Access for your Event IMPORTANT:
  • It is your responsibility to arrange a Check In time with the clubhouse committee, at least one (1) week prior to your event, as instructed by CAS in your confirmation email.
    • Failure to do this may result in cancellation.
  • Check In and Check out procedures are handled by the committee only.
  • CAS is only responsible to respond to emergencies related to facilities/systems.
    • There is no concierge service!
  • All other necessary information will be provided to you at Check In.
